Die Wohnung liegt zentral im Stadtteil Giesing und ist bestens an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angeschlossen: Trambahnlinie 27 und Bus 54 vor dem Haus, U- und S-Bahn-Station Giesing (U2 Feldmoching-Messestadt Ost, S-Bahnlinie 2 und 6) in ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Gerne geben wir Ihnen genaue Auskünfte, wie Sie die Wohnung vom Flughafen (ca. 45 min) oder vom Hauptbahnhof (ca. 20 min) aus erreichen.
Mit dem Auto fahren Sie auf den Mittleren Ring Süd (Chiemgaustraße) und biegen in die Schwanseestraße Richtung Stadtmitte ein. Nach ca. 800m kreuzen Sie die Werinherstraße, direkt im Eckhaus befindet sich die Ferienwohnung.
In der näheren Umgebung gibt es verschiedene Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs, direkt gegenüber ist ein Supermarkt, nach etwa 30m ein Bäcker mit angeschlossenem Cafe (auch Sonntags geöffnet).
The apartment is centrally located in the Giesing district Giesing and is well-connected on the public transport network: tram line 27 and bus route 54 stop directly in front of the apartment building, and the metro and commuter trains (U2 Feldmoching - Messestadt Ost, S 5 + 6) are 5 minutes walk away. We would be happy to provide you with exact directions on reaching the apartment from the airport (45 mins) or from Munich central rail station (20 mins).
If you arrive by car, you should follow the Munich ring road (Mittlerer Ring) south to Chiemgaustraße and take the exit Schwanseestraße to the direction of the city center. After 800 meters you cross the Werinherstraße, where the apartment building is situated on the corner.
In the immediate vicinity there are several shopping possibilities. A supermarket is situated opposite the apartment building, and 30m away there is a bakery and cafe (also open on sundays).
El departamento esta situado en el centro del distrito de Giesing. que esta muy bien conectado a el transporte público de la ciudad: el tram 27 y la ruta de bus 54 paran dirrectamente en frente de el departamento y las rutas de metro (U2 Feldmoching-Messestadt Ost, S5+6) esta a 5 minutos a pie. Estamos dispuestos a darle dirrecciónes especificas de como llegar al departamento desde el aeropuerto o la estación de tren central de Munich (20 min).
